They have grown dependent on the crime-fighting statistics generated by drug arrests. The employment of prison staff depends on extraordinary rates of incarceration. The money that law-enforcement agencies generate from confiscating property s||I find that Mr. Dhywood has written one of the best and most comprehensive books on the drug problem that I have read. He builds a strong case for legalization and regulation with a very convincing argumentation; I subscribe to it entirely. --Gustavo de Greiff
