If We the People are not familiar with, or do not know what the Constitution of the United States says, how are we to know when it is being violated by our President or Representatives? We cannot! This is no different than the Ten Commandments; they must be known and understood to know when one of them is being violated...the same goes with the Constitution, the permanent voice of the People. In this case, ignorance is an excuse.
