Van Court|"People's War People's Army" has more theory than the author's "Military Art of People's War", but that is not saying much. This work is more of a detailed history of the Vietnam war from the 1940s through 1960 or 61, with some commentary on the underlying theory, and a lot of anti-American, and anti-French propaganda.
