The author does a great job in communicating; nonetheless, simplifying his message. This is almost a sequel to Jose Trias Monge's extensive book "Las Penas De La Colonia Mas Antigua Del Mundo", and it's referenced in this book as well. I do wish the author added one more model, and that's Uruguay.
